At the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity last week we had the great opportunity to test our Agency Machine Platform v2.0 in real time. It was fun and a little nerve racking. We ran a workshop that allowed 60 creatives to come together and use our platform to solve the brief, "Create a poster to increase condom usage when doing the horizontal mamba at Cannes."
After a short explanation, Evan appeared on the screen, sitting in Boulder at 4:30 in the morning ready to do a live brief via FaceTime. After the briefing it was so cool to watch the creatives work either alone or self-organize into teams and start to submit idea on the AMP. In 20 minutes 109 ideas came through. But the really exciting part for me was watching Evan give the feedback via the platform asking a few folks to comp their ideas. People were drawing comps then uploading them via their phones, iPads and computers onto the platform. It's a whole new world.
After two hours, the winners were Moniq Gonzalez, Robbin Ingvarsson and Waldemar Wegelin who won a 1000 euro bar tap at the Gutter Bar.
Congrats, Moniq, Robbin and Waldemar.
As anyone that’s run a live demo knows it’s very gratifying when a new system works flawlessly.
Now on to v3.0.
