Way back in 1985, when I was working on my first book, Fitness on the Road, I ran into Lloyd Kahn. Lloyd's the master behind Shelter Publications, publishers of fitness and shelter books. After many eclectic conversations Shelter ended up publishing my book. Lloyd's always been an inspiration and a breath of fresh air. Check out his blog. I hope you'll find it inspirational, as well. 999 It's worthwhile to get out and do some thing, be proactive in place of sitting down and viewing and waiting around. Even as the color combo is quite "in" for spring, the fit is totally off and washes the 32yearold out.
