The contest is rolling along. Christopher Carfi has gotten a response from JetBlue and Aaron Dignan continues to wait as Whole Foods points tick away.
I need some help judging the entries. Check the rules for judging. Also, you've got time to enter, as well. April 1st is the deadline.
Ahhhh - may be I can participate. I contacted Chili's after a friend of mine had a severe fallout from a lunch at their place yesterday. She is apparently not the only one. My colleague suffered food poisening and a friend of hers as well.
I wrote to Chili's via their webpage and after filling out the form, they promised to get back to me in 5-7 days.
Watch the language - they call it chat. For me, a chat that takes 5-7 days for a response makes me fall asleep or go away.

I have an entry for you. Here is my e-mail to Amazon after trouble with thier new Prime Plan:
Dear Customer Service,
I need some help. A few weeks ago I signed up for the new Amazon Prime plan. I paid my $79 and assumed that it would work like most things at Amazon, easy. My first order or two I found it difficult to determine if the shipping was automatically being slated for the 2 day shipping promised by Prime. It may be just me (although I have heard others complain about this issue) but when I try to use "One Click" shopping it doesn't seem to pick up the fact that I am a "Prime" person.
Well I continued to struggle along trying to navigate and make sure that I received my stuff in two days, after all I paid $79 for the privilege.
Then it happened. On my recent order (#102-2715660-7893742) I waited for this to arrive on my doorstep "two day" as promised and it never came. I gave it a few more days and still nothing from Amazon. This morning I logged into my account to check.
The order was placed on March 15th.
Despite my best efforts to make sure that it was a "prime" order it was designated as "standard shipping". Today is the 22nd and still no "two day" package. On my "where's my stuff" page it shows the estimated delivery as March 22nd, a full 5 business days after my Prime, two day order.
One of the reasons that I favor Amazon over other providers is that I have always been given what was promised! That "trust" is not easily earned. I do not want to constantly watch to make sure that you live up to our "Prime Promise". I just want it to work!
I need this order fixed.
I would love to hear how this Prime thing can be more automatic or how I can get a refund of my $79.
Thanks,
Carl Richards
