It's been a while since I've posted anything. I've been living in Mexico and totally absorbed writing my next book SPARK.
What a wild year 2004 for was! Thanks for all of the support for Beyond the Brand and Radar! Let’s all hope that 2005 is a year of deeper connection with our customers and a less schizophrenic environment for all of us. Change will continue to happen rapidly. To build these deeper relationships, storytelling will play a more important role for all brands.
